g ben rasmusen

After reading an article on how your online footprint might affect real world situations such as getting a job, I did a quick google search for ‘ben rasmusen‘ and was surprised and pleased to find that the first 5 results were all relevant to me and for the most part not embarrassing.  Some are rather mundane (such as all the meetup.com results) but it’s nice that my personal website was number one on the list.  I also did a search for just ‘rasmusen‘; on this search (of course being a bit broader) I didn’t show up until the 12th result on the second page.  I’m not sure if the ease of finding out about me is cool or scary.
